ACTING / MODELING COACH:

Teaches acting principles and techniques to individuals or groups. Conducts readings to evaluate student's talent. Adapts course of study and training methods to meet student's needs and abilities. Teaches enunciation, diction, voice development, and even dialects using voice exercises, speech drills, explanation, lectures, and improvisation. Discusses and demonstrates vocal and body expression to teach acting styles, character development, and personality projection. Prepares students for auditions. Teaches elements of stagecraft, backstage production tasks, costume craft, etc.

The Talent-Model Scout must be resourceful, open-minded to find the best means for outreach and recruitment. This role demands hard work, creativity, and strategic thinking to identify recruits; and generate interest among passive candidates.
